Terry Kau
My focus is helping homeowners, property management companies and private landlords in the Rogue Valley protect their largest investment.
I understand what landlords need and want! As a former owner and operator of a property management company for 14 years combined with 25 years of home maintenance and repair experience, I have first hand knowledge of all aspects of managing an investment property. I am also an
investor and a landlord myself and treat my clients assets as I treat my own.
I will work directly for you as my client, while managing my team and communicating with tenants and other vendors, if needed.
I do all the everyday needed repairs and turnovers in a quick manner. I know how important it is to get a rental back on the market to rent out and looking great. I understand how important timely responses are for tenants needs as well.
Large and small repairs are both considered essential in my view, to keep everyone in good spirits.
